Brandon M. Blumer
Brandon Blumer is a New Jersey–born, New York–based attorney. He earned his Bachelor of Business Administration in Sports Marketing, with a minor in Pre-Law, from Pace University in 2021, and received his Juris Doctor from New York Law School in 2024.
Raised in a family of two personal injury attorneys, Brandon developed an early passion for the legal profession. Prior to joining Torino & Bernstein, P.C., he gained diverse legal experience through externships and professional roles across the entertainment, intellectual property, and commercial litigation sectors. Brandon externed at Sony Music Entertainment and at Digital Brand Architects (“DBA”), a leading talent management agency later acquired by United Talent Agency (“UTA”). He also worked at Messing Law, a boutique firm focusing on intellectual property and commercial litigation.
In addition to his practice experience, Brandon has contributed to legal scholarship and industry education. He was a contributing writer to the West Academic–published book College Sports Law in a Nutshell and has served as a guest speaker at the CUNY Athletic Conference, where he presented on emerging issues related to Name, Image, and Likeness (NIL) rights.
Brandon is admitted to practice law in both New York and New Jersey. He currently resides in Queens, New York, with his fiancée.
